Programme Note

Paws and Poems: Creatures in Concert

Chantefable is a duo formed by two students from the Royal Academy of Music who wish to find a new way to perform poetry and music. Inspired by a 13th century French tradition of ‘song and story’, Chantefable combines improvised music behind spoken poetry and conjoined songs with similar themes to create a brand new concert experience.

The programme includes creature related songs and poems

Lunchtime Recital - Mariana Rodrigues (soprano) Andrew Cowie (piano)
