Programme Note
Daniel Collins is a member of the world-renowned vocal ensemble The Sixteen, and the Founder and Artistic Director of Peregrine Orchestra, Peregrine Voices, and the chamber recital series Peregrine Chamber.
Known for his creative programming and his encouraging and expressive direction of both choir and orchestra, Dan aims to empower his artists with confidence to get the best from them. Dan is also passionate about offering performance opportunities to emerging artists.
Chameleon Arts Orchestra is a long running group of top freelance players with vast combined experience of the choral repertoire. This particular group of oboe, strings and harpsichord is specifically selected to match the style of this programme.
Clive Osgood is a composer, accompanist and organist from Haslemere. He has released five albums to date on Convivium Records. The world premiere of his “Requiem” was performed in 2025, and his arrangement of the carol “Hodie Christus natus est” won the Bach Choir Carol Composer Competition in 2024 and was premiered for HHH Haslemere Concerts by The Queen’s Six.
