Here is Malaysia’s quickly-heating contribution to the world crop of exciting young piano virtuosi. Deep in motivation, assured in utterance, wide in his performing range of music, completely at home whether in solo, ensemble or concerto world. Julian Chan is also happy and relaxed in talking, meeting and explaining about himself and the music he brings to his audiences. So he’s born to the International Interview Concert format!
Event set In The Round, full solo piano performance, plus conversations with Guest Interviewer, and interactive audience engagement features – the integral ‘Ask A Question’, plus ‘Mystery Music’ and ‘What’s The Story? Pre-concert and interval Sips ’n’ Nibbles available.
